Session on Thursday 29th September 2011

Where were  YOU ??

Just these two turned up ......

( it's Sharon and Ken in case you don't recognise them )

They sat around for a while, talking about and making fun of the rest of you, then did

"5 x pull ups and 10 x push ups and 15 x squats" every minute for thirty minutes

and then there was more talk about you ...... and some of it was really nasty !!
