Hannah Penberthy died at Uny Lelant Cornwall,
aged eighty four, and was buried in the churchyard on 13th September
1816
Letters of Administration were granted to
Charles on 21st February 1824
A bond had to be posted as security in the sum of £200
until the estate could finally be wound up
The sureties were Henry Hosking of St Ives, mariner, and Richard
Bamfell of Zennor, miner
The bond was dated 28th March 1824 |
