Not a word will be said ... not even to The Workout Warriors !!

!! -- FOOD  POISONING -- !!

After I picked up Brett from the airport,
I asked him about the muck up or confusion with his flights
He said he had food poisoning ... which he neglected to tell us !!
He did not want us to worry !!
Had to change his flights because of it
It lasted a couple of days
and now he is not sure if it was food poisoning or a bug of some kind
Whatever it was, he needed to be near a loo
and the last two days of his holiday he stayed in his hotel room !!
