kettle ball swings

front squats

push ups

complete 20 of each
followed by a 100 metre run carrying a weight plate

complete 18 of each
followed by a 100 metre run carrying a weight plate

complete 16 of each
followed by a 100 metre run carrying a weight plate

then 14 ... then 12 ... then 10, etc,etc

.

after completing 2 of each
the run changes to a 100 metre lunge walk

.

approximate time allowed = fourty minutes
