She had won free tickets at her Quiz Night
Our other friend Heather Law joined us
The show was called "Famous Felines
and other CATastrophes"
It is a series of song and dance about the 'Nine Lives of The
Cat who wears the Hat' who is kind of like the Narrator
The show is written and directed by Kathy Carruthers
It is amazing to me that someone can be so clever as to write
the songs ... some of them to tunes we all know
The poor cat who was 'snipped and couldn’t get no satisfaction'
was hilarious
as was the 'thank God I’m a country cat' ... with innuendo
to Bob Katter and politics
Dinner was nice too but it does take a long time to feed everyone
!!
It is fun seeing all the cast being waiters and waitresses all
dressed as cats !!
I met Tanya’s lovely friend Louise Ottwell who is a Facebook
Friend
It was so nice to meet her "properly" and we shared
a really big hug and I got a bit teary
It was a great show and I had a lovely time with my friends
