Hi Sharon, Geoff, Brett and Kahlia

Eighteen months ago The Make A Wish Foundation came and asked Aidan if he had a wish he would like granted
He did, which he asked for

Last weekend they came to tell Aidan that his 'Wish of a Cruise' had been granted !!
And as a result we will be in Cairns on Tuesday 27th May !!

We plan to take the boys up to Kuranda on Skyrail, but we don't have to be back on the ship until 5.30pm

I know it's short notice, but is there any chance of catching up with you in the afternoon ??
Even just for a quick drink at Yorkeys Knob Boat Club

I understand if you have prior commitments and/or work
And also because this week is particularly difficult, or if you are just not up to it, so if you can't, I understand
And I am sure we will be back up there again soon enough !!
But it would be great to see you if it is possible !!

I really don't want to bother you much this week of all weeks, so I will message you again maybe Friday afternoon/evening if that is okay, just to see if it's possible

What a fabulous trip for Aidan ... and for the rest of you who get to tag along with him !!

Thanks for your thoughts and wishes ... the sentencing tomorrow is going to be awful and traumatic ... HERE
Brett ( our solid rock ) is flying back from Darwin tonight, and he, Sharon and Kahlia have all arranged the two days off

As for next Tuesday, Brett may or may not have to return to Darwin
Kahlia has recently been promoted at Skyrail and is flat out every day, including the weekends sometimes
They are both receiving a copy of this note and I'll know more later

As for Sharon and myself, you can bet your last dollar that we will be at Yorkeys Knob on Tuesday to see the Richardsons !!

The afternoon would be good ... Sharon finishes at 4.00pm, but being the boss, she can get away earlier if needed
If you get any sort of a schedule, let us know the times and things like that
In the meantime, the best point of contact is Sharon's mobile for calls / texts

See you then !!

Hi Geoff and Sharon

Yes, thank you, I did receive your email and photos ... very much appreciated !!
Sorry I didn't reply ... I checked my email literally in bed that night

We came home and hit the ground running ... I plan to come up for air on Saturday !!
I haven't even taken the card out of our camera yet, but will email you our copies also

And yours were pretty much the same as Brett's ... yep, so pretty good indeed, well done you !!

I also took some photos at Trinity Beach the next day that I don't plan to put on Facebook but I will definitely email them to you so that you have a copy

I did find it very difficult ... so hard, but glad I went

I will get those photos emailed to you this weekend so you have copies

I am so grateful you came to meet the boys, and it was so good to see you both, even though it was brief ... next time we will have more time without fear of missing our tender to the ship !!

Just wish I was closer to be of some practical help to you both, in the same way that many of Tanya's other friends are
If there is ever anything I can do for you, or Brett and Kahlia, from here ... just say the word !!

We will be back, so you will definitely see us again, and you are stuck with us long term, whether you like it or not !!
