As it was nearing the finish, the song "Tears from Heaven" came on ... and that was it for me !! ... I am sure it was a sign !!
Tennille, one of our crossfit crew and a gorgeous soul, made us cupcakes and they sang 'Happy Birthday to Tanya'
It is a beautiful day and I am on Facebook reading all the messages to Tanya and being proud of who she is
Missing her so much but very proud at the same time

I am having Monday 11th November off work
It will be six months and Tanya was very patriotic and always treated the "11th hour of the 11th month" with great respect
