The lovely lady in these photos is Michele Maddison
And she is the person who made Tanya’s "BOOK OF FACEBOOK POSTS" !!

Michele is one of Emma’s EmpowerFx girls and is doing the complete Half Ironman 70.3 on Sunday
I was hanging out and talking with them and she said Tanya gave her lots of tips
We joked about me not wanting any wine and I said I was not like Tanya in that regard
She laughed and said she and Tanya NEVER shared any wine together EVER ... with a big eye roll !!

That is when she told me she made the Book
She said she didn’t want all those beautiful words to be lost
I was astounded and I got quite tearful and couldn’t speak
I thanked her so very much ... when I could !!

That is beautiful and it truly was an honour to do that Book for your family
Everything passes in a blur when your heart is breaking and I didn't want those beautiful words lost
Your Girl will be with me on Sunday for the Ironman
But in particular, The Swim Leg, because she said to me
"Shell, if you get tired, just pick out the cute lifeguard and hang out for a bit then keep going"
It makes me laugh everytime I think of that
