Thanks for the birthday wishes ... and in respect to your other comment, I have now been carrying

around this face for sixty-four years ... and it is generally described as being worse than a baboon's

butt and over the years I have heard thousands of mean and hurtful comments so nothing you say is

going to make me cry and get upset

It is amazing how much things have improved since you left ... everybody seems a lot more relaxed

and happier ... I am sure that the weird relationship you had with Ritchie  (HERE)  was putting a big

strain on people and he is also getting over it and starting to forget about you

CROSSFIT  SHED

Not only are the people happier ... but the Shed is better too ... on Sunday 31st March Sharon spent

the day there and completely reorganised all the equipment ... and I must say she did a terrific job !!
