An email I received from Ash Moseley on Saturday

Hi to all you CrossFitters and many thanks for allowing Michelle to join your group

This photo was taken when she got home today, and she is always happy and smiling

.........................and enjoys every session

However, she has been attending for a while now and I realise that nothing changes

.........................overnight

Overall, as you can see, Michelle looks great, but I was hoping that by now her legs

.........................may have slimmed down a bit

Would it be possible for her to be given a "special program" to help her get back into

.........................a mini skirt
