I haven't done any exercise down here except cycle to work each day

It was sad to see Lars leave CrossFit ... it wont be the same without him there

It's great to see all the photos and new faces ... keep up the good work

But he does bring up one point

Everybody loves the new Squat Racks

At at the moment they are resting nicely on Ritchie's credit card

... along with a Countdown Timer he also purchased

There is not millions of dollars involved but we are all going to have to pay for them

Ritchie has said that there is no panic on the money, but we still gotta do it

I have had further correspondence with Adam, Andrew and Matt concerning their "interesting

way" of raising money ... they realise a few of you might be a bit shy to start with, so they have

suggested that they do "IT" themselves a few times just to show you how "liberating" it can be

 ... this might be a good time to dig out the video camera

...................................................................................instead of the old digital still one !!
