Workout Photos

It’s okay everyone ... you don’t have to "tiptoe around me" regarding photos five and six on page two !!
Good grief ... it wasn’t even a twenty kilo bar !!
And yes, Geoff, I really needed to see that close up !!

Also on page two there are some great pics of Adam, Rhea, Annelise and Lars all showing great form
Don’t forget if you want the photo in it’s original size so you can print it out and show off, just let Geoff know

I like photos five and nine and thirteen on page four
Ha ha ... now you'll have to look to see if any are of you

And photo two on page five is a great pic of an 'airborne' Lars !!

Then on page six we all sitting around feeling proud of ourselves
But wait there is more ... running !!
Someone has to be last and I don’t want it to be any of you !!

I specially liked the shots of Tai aka "The Athlete of the Day" in the stretching photos
Lying around doing his own thing ... what a champion little fellow !!

I have to say, Annelise, that you look fabulous
You look great showing us the stretches
We have a terrific photo record of them so we shouldn’t forget any
It was very interesting to see how the stretches worked ... I enjoyed it ... thanks !!
