I have heard that this is what you have been doing for the past few weeks

Well, you had better smarten up !!  ...  because look at your sister !!

Weight work was done on Saturday and she picked up and worked with a total of 30 kilo

That wasn't enough for her  ......  so she started working out with 40 kilo ... and she did it easy !!
