Saturday's Workout

LARS ...... slower with his time ...... but a big increase in the weights he used

JESS O ...... better time ...... with some weights up and some weights down

ELSIE ...... better time ...... with some weights up and some weights down

MILLIE ...... better time ...... with some weights up and some weights down

TANYA ...... better time ...... used some lighter weights

KEN ...... better time ...... used the same weights as last time

TYRONE ...... 'newbie' at this program ...... and a great time for a kid

... and the ... "Star of the Day"
