What a great session last night !! ... Look at all the people !!

As you know, I try my best not to give compliments ... horrible things, they are, eh

But I have too here, grudgingly though

The program was two quick and hard sessions ... 1 x 16 minutes and 1 x 15 minutes

Everyone worked their butts off ...... with the latecomers joining in as they arrived
