Liv is a very good friend of Tanya's, who put together this biography ...
She is a Qualified Group Fitness Trainer and has also nearly finished her Personal Trainer
training so we will actually have a Qualified Personal Trainer in our group
Liv has just completed her first l0km run in Townsville with me and is doing her first 21km
race in Port Douglas in November
She also participated in the team event at the Cairns Ironman, completing the 90km ride leg
I also know Liv ... and I haven't yet decided if her joining is a "priviledge" or a "punishment" for us !!
It has been pointed out to her that as the 'newbie', it is her job to get there early and have all the gear
ready to go, and then to stack it away at the end of the session ...... she is also aware that she takes all
the towels and head/wrist bands home to wash and iron and return for the next workout
