Yesterday the routine included ......

Squat Thrusters + High Pulls + Kettle Ball Swings + Wall Balls + Burpees + Sprinting

...... and it is great to see that the technique for each exercise is near perfect by everybody

.

However, there is one exception ...... BURPEES

The hands have gotta go above the head and the toes have gotta get off the ground !!
