Yes, due to work, holiday and family committments, only these three were there last night

Millie ... her overhead squats technique is perfect ... good enough to be an Instructor !!
Sharon ... still in the "waddling along" stage ... is studying to learn how to actually run !!
Ken ... a machine ... nothing stops him !!

Thursday ... as mentioned in the last newsletter, it is going to be the 'KELLY' routine

Saturday is the 'PROGRAM BY BRETT' and it is HERE
I made a mistake !!
In the last note, I said the weight exercises in this program are thrusters and overhead squats
Relax ... don't panic ... they are thrusters and front / back squats ...... that should make a few happy !!
And the above page now includes Instruction Sheets on both thrusters and back squats
Also, I've heard a rumour that program designer Brett, along with Kahlia, may make an appearance !!
