If you look at the above page you'll see that Tanya was running at exactly 10 kilometres per hour

And yes, this reminded me of the  'BEEP  TEST' ... which we all know and love, eh

If you look  HERE  you'll see that it's about six weeks since it was done

So it is on again !! ...... Tuesday 3rd July 2012 ... starting at 5.45pm

And, so you give this run everything you've got, this will be the ONLY activity that day .... so let's

all try to set a Personal Best !!

Just as a matter of interest ...

On Tuesday, when you move into Level Four, you will be running at 10 kilometres per hour

This level has nine shuttles and the total time to complete the level is just sixty four seconds

To win the above race and set the record, Tanya ran at this speed for fifty nine minutes
