PART  #01 ...... IMPORTANT

As you know, there is a "very flexible" start time on both Weekdays and Saturdays

Unfortunately it is not working out to well ... and often there is a lot of standing around waiting to

......................see if more people are going to arrive ... and this is a damn nuisance ... especially if

......................there are things to do after the session, like picking up kids, cooking dinner, sex, etc

This leads to people like Ritchie, Elsie, Millie and Justine continually yapping ... it's got to STOP !!

So Official Start Times have now been set

............................................Tuesday and Thursday ... 5.40pm sharp

............................................Saturday ... 7.15am sharp

However, if we know that you are definately coming but running late ... yes, we will wait !!

This person, seen here during one of her visits to Iraq to entertain the US Marines, ...

PART  #02 ......  LET'S  HAVE  A  PARTY  !!

It was mentioned on Saturday that there should be a "Get-Together" ... and it's a terrific idea !!

I am going to contact ...

... and arrange a weekend away for all of us and this will be a great way to look at and study each other to

......................see the results of all the running and exercising
