has now set the  WARM  UP  PROGRAM

He demands that all of you pick up a piece of rope, watch the video that is now included on the

above page, and get jumping !!

Hey, if you look at the above routine ...... well, don't panic ...... and especially don't die !!

Not sure if you will be there on Saturday, but if you are, an "adjusted" program and number of
