SHUTTLE  RUN  ......  THE  'BEEP'  TEST

This test was going to become a 'STANDARD' for our group

Sharon and Tanya have completed it around sixteen times since November 2009, with much

lesser numbers for all the rest of you

HOWEVER  the last time was way back on 6th August 2011

I guess the main reason for this is because, to make it a true test, it should be done all by itself

That is, nothing done before it and with nothing planned for after

So an extra CrossFit Session has been organised

Monday 16th January 2012 at 5.30pm

At this stage, just me and..........will be there  BUT  everyone is welcome

( you may have read her reply overnight about how she wants to do more running )
