Well, firstly Lars is going away camping for the weekend ( hope it rains )

Secondly, Tanya is competing in the "Port Douglas 22 kilometre Half Marathon" ... this race

starts at 6.00am ... and all the details can be seen by clicking  HERE

Sharon and I will be going to watch her run ... and win !!

Scott and Justine are a lovely couple and I'm sure the day's program will be "reasonbly reasonable" !!

Geoff, I am disappointed that I missed Saturday morning session ... I decided to sleep in an extra few

hours ... I did however do the WOD ... measured out 155m from home and used a 20kg DB ... took me

36:49 to complete

No crap about working, funerals, weddings or the other pathetic excuses people come up with

Simply rolled over and went back to sleep !! ...... lazy bugger, but honest !!
