"Back in November 2009"

An shortened version of this 'KELLY ROUTINE' was done way back on Saturday 21st November 2009

Run
this was the same ... five laps around
the outside of Diamond Two with each
lap being 400 metres
Box Jumps
firstly, only 15 were done each round,
and secondly, these were done on the
tyre which is a height of 17 inches
Wall Balls
again, only 15 were done each round
and various weights were used ... Brett
used a 10kg and maybe Sharon used
a 3kg and Tanya a 5kg ball
