The Program - Saturday 9th April 2011

NOTE - below is the basic program ... lots of different weights were used in the thrusters and kettle ball swings sections

Part One Road Run ... this was along Nautilus Street ... starting with a sprint for one minute, each
person then walked for one minute ... this alternating continued for a total of twenty minutes
   
Part Two Exercise Circuit ... using Baseball's Diamond Two, the first station was at home plate and
consisted of 'thrusters' weight work ... the next station was ninety feet away at first base where
sit ups were completed ... another ninety feet to second base to do burpees ... after this was a
sprint to third base followed by a walk back to the start ... this routine was completed ten times
   
Part Three Kettle Ball Swings ... next was one hundred swings with a ball of their choice
   
Part Four Run ... to finish, there was a lap around Diamond One ... a distance of 358 metres

NOTE #01 - the sun wasn't even up when the program got underway
and for this reason, some of the early shots are not 'sharp' ... but they still show the grimacing and groaning !!

NOTE #02 - most of these photos were taken from the home plate area where the thrusters weight work was being done
and in the background you can see the sit ups and burpees being completed ... and the sprint (dawdle) to third base !!

NOTE #01 - I was not able to attend this session and 'THANKS' to Justine for recording the information below

NOTE #02 - though it is a guess, this looks to be a repeat of the Circuit Training Routine on Diamond Two

NOTE #03 - the first list of times would be for the four-station exercise program which was repeated ten times

NOTE #04 - the "Full Total Workout Times" would also include the 100 x Kettle Ball Swings
and probably also include the twenty minute running program at the start along with the finishing lap (???)

NOTE #05 - can anyone tell me the number of Thrusters, Sit Ups and Burpees completed at each station
