the run was from the Clubhouse
and out the gate and then along
Nautilus Street to the train lines

there and back
is a distance of 560 metres
as the above board states,
the second and fourth runs
were done backwards
total exercises completed
box jumps ... 25 x 5 = 125
push ups ... 15 x 5 = 75
sit ups ... 15 x 5 = 75
squats ... 15 x 5 = 75
x
run ... 560 x 5 = 2800 metres
2.8 kilometres
a similar program was completed
