Laying the tiles around the Pool

One tile followed by another and then another

Work now starts on the area near the pool gate ...

... which is now finished

Applying the grouting on the tiles laid yesterday

The job is finished ...

NOTE - in the following four photos you can see some of the fittings that have been purchased for the patio

... except for this section !! ... ran out of tiles ... and this will be done next week

FINALLY ... the tiles have arrived and the job can be finished !!

The surface has been cleaned and the primer is being applied ...

... and now the tiles are being laid

This second delivery of tiles is the same type as originally ordered
... made by Lanka Tiles and designated as 'GF-063-56'

However, they are from a different lot / batch and, unfortunately,
there is a slight difference in the colour tone

Richard spoke to Brett and advised that it would be almost impossible
to find tiles from that original batch so Brett gave the okay to use them

The difference is not like "black v white" and you may not even notice it
plus the pool furniture going in this area will also disguise the appearance
