The tree was nice and there were similar ones all the way down Parkinson Avenue
However, they have one major fault ... their 'attacking' root system
All the paved driveways and every piece of concrete edging was starting to move
and one day it may have been the house foundations and slab starting to lift and crack !!
The Body Corporate decided to get rid of them all before any major damage was done
and to plant a type that is more suitable to the suburban gardens along the Avenue
So below is the new tree ... Kahlia is not sure of the type / name but is going to find out all the information
