Hello in the USA
Vince Askey has told me that the parents and friends of the American Eagles players may have a look at these videos, and I hope you enjoy them ... I am the father of the Cairns Manager and Player, Brett Roneberg #17, so naturally most of these videos are centred around him ... they were taken with a FLIP Camcorder and I 'shake-and-wobble' a bit but overall they are very good ... now, Brett is in most of them but each time he pitches or bats, there are Eagles players in the field ... so check them out as your son may be in the video ... a great example of this is when Brett was pitching on Saturday and #16 for the Eagles, Will Gaut, smacked him for a home run !! .. Brett didn't like it, but I bet Will's parents do !! .. the Presentations at the end of the Tournament are included in full, so I'm sure you'll see your sons during this ... the videos are uploaded to our web site in "flash-flv" format and should play on any computer in the world, but if you have problems contact me at geoff@ronebergcairns.com ... in addition to these videos, if you use the link above you will be able to read both before and after newspaper reports on this 2009 Tournament ... the Eagles were great Ambassadors for the sport and it was a terrific weekend of baseball, finishing in an exciting Final, right to the final pitch of the ballgame ...
