Chinese Taipei, after a somewhat disappointing series with the bat, finally responded in tonight's game

After a tight start - similar to the previous game - the Chinese Taipei team were able to score two runs in the fourth and fifth innings
They were also able to add another run in the seventh innings

In the bottom of the seventh Australia finally fought back and scored two runs
Then, with runners on first and second base with one out, it appeared that the Australians would be making a significant effort to peg back the lead

However, the skies over Baseball Park opened up and a huge rain storm ensured, giving the umpires no option but to call "Time and Game"
