There hasn't been too much going on here at all apart from training
The games start on Saturday so until then we are just training
Unfortunately there are no trial games but there isn't much we
can do about that
The weather here is pretty damn good
As you know most of our games are at night but so far it should
be okay
Shoulder is going along okay - I might even end up playing in
the outfield but we'll wait and see on that one
Training is going along okay as well - same as always
The food at the hotel stinks! - 'crap' everyday!
You probably wont hear too much from me until the games start
We have the Opening Ceremony on Friday but we are not sure we're
going yet

The Opening Ceremony is on tonight but I most likely wont be going
I have a bit of a sore back so I am not sure how I will go

Today is the day of our first game
My back is now better and my arm is okay too
Not sure if I will be in the field or 'DH' but I think I am ready
either way
We are playing a tough team first up (Puerto Rico) - they seem
to hit pretty good but haven't got much pitching which is great
if true
So wish me luck - and you'll probably know the result as we walk
off the field!!
I have seen that they have live updates online - Dad, have you
seen this?

Hi, and I had a rough first game
Had trouble letting the ball travel, and this happens after not
playing a game for a while
I felt okay though - no soreness anyway - so things will improve
with every pitch I see
Hope it's a good game for you to watch today
