Not too bad for the first day - the room is nice but the field is under water!!
We can't leave the hotel as Palm Meadows was cut off from the outside world!!
There are people are missing and towns are being evacuated - but I am ok!!
It's been two days now and so far I haven't thrown, let alone gone to the field
Hopefully this arvo will clear up so I can throw on the street but it doesnt look good
Crap day!!
I have internet in my room all the time and will check the emails every other day or so

The field was two foot under water cause there is a measuring mark on the fence but it has drained really well

I have thrown the last two days and everything has gone well
Arm feels great right now
Hopefully we will be able to get on the field tomorrow

Had a few days down here so far and everything seems to be going okay
I have a lot of paperwork to do and it seems as though there are '596884' hitters for me to take care of but it's good so far!!
I took batting practise for the first time today since I've been here and it was good - no pain at all - but hitting with soft balls and wind blowing in doesn't do a lot for the visual confidence!!
I have also thrown every single day since I've been here and some people have seen certain things that no-one else could and I am now throwing hard and with no pain at all!! - good so far

Just a note to let you all know that I hit 67mph on the radar gun when throwing today
I am going to try to sit at that for a week - around 64-67mph
Then in a week or so I want to go for 67-70mph etc til I get it back up to normal
Arm feels great and swing is okay
Still having 'a tough time at the plate' but getting better and better each day
I am sure you are looking at my stats!!!

Well, there isn't too much going on down here
It's like the minor leagues - except that I am a coach now and just 'DH' every now and then
I haven't thrown for three days as I have been a little sore after a massage I had
I was also told that I was way ahead of schedule and it's okay to take some time off of throwing
I will be throwing again on Monday
My hitting is okay
I have a lot of other stuff to do and don't get a lot of swings in but I do my best to get my work in
Also, I did a "Level 2 Coaching Course" with Phil Allen - on hitting
Spent about four hours talking!! - from picking out a bat, to drills, etc
And I got paid a few bucks for doing it - so not bad!!
